Working with Children Checks NSW: Please click on this link to fill in an online application. Take the number you receive to your nearest RTA with your 100 points of identity. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com to bring into the Sydney office.
Working with Children Checks VIC: Please click on this link and fill out the relevant form online. Then take it to your local post office with your 100 points of identity. Please bring the receipt into the JAA head office between the hours of 10am-4pm, Monday-Thursday.
Police Checks: Please download this form, fill it out and bring into your local JAA office with your 100 points of id.
You will need the latest version of adobe reader to download this form (version 10.1.3). If you can not download the form, you can bring your 100 points of I.D along to the JAA Melbourne office and complete the form there.
*Please note that police checks are not transferrable across organisations, however, working with children checks are.
